Finally starting to feel like fall here in Southern California, its in the upper 60’s, some of the trees are starting to turn color and the air feels crisp. We don’t get the beautiful fall leaves like places on the East coast but I still love the change in weather. Halloween is over and its really time to get into full gear for Thanksgiving. Today I’m sharing the Thanksgiving Menu, to help you get your menu figured out. Now if you are thinking why do I need to write out my menu, you don’t but there are two reasons I find it helpful to have a Thanksgiving Menu to print out.
The first reason, it is nice to have a menu to set out for your guests. You could print it out and put at each table setting or print it out and set in a frame. It is not necessary but it is a nice touch. The other reason I really print it out, is so I don’t forget anything. I keep a copy in my binder with my recipes, so I can check throughout the day to make sure I don’t overlook anything. Especially the last a few minutes before dinner, I go over it to make sure everything is out. The one year I didn’t use it, we forgot to set out the homemade cranberry sauce.
Not a lot to say about this Thanksgiving Menu, its pretty simple. If you open the PDF on a desktop / laptop (AKA non-mobile device) with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you can fill-it in before printing it. Or if you prefer to hand write, print if off blank and add your dishes.
